HEALTH: Sunlight

I've never forgotten reading about someone with multiple sclerosis who spent hours outside every day, sitting or lying in dappled sunlight or shade ~ and credited the sunlight with their recouperation from MS.

Alternative healthcare practitioners emphasize that it’s essential for physical and mental-emotional well-being for us to get as much full-spectrum natural light as possible, whether sunlight or shade. Keeping this in mind, you may find ways to do chores and work outside – preferably without contacts/glasses. Some health practitioners recommend sunbathing, five minutes back and front.

So make any excuse to be outside in daylight – shaded or with a hat if necessary. Add
ColorYourWorld Glasses and you double the good effect!

More on the "five variables" (Diets, Food, Exercise, Sunlight, Resonance) under the WEIGHT header.

The message here is that any health 'problem'

can be an opportunity for change ~ so that we and our body

tell a new story of health, energy,

fulfilment, confidence and pride.

Best wishes for this grand adventure!
